Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Sutido ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your personal or business purposes, depending on the license tier purchased.

License Tiers

  • Trial - 14-day full-featured trial. No payment required.
  • Personal - For individual, non-commercial use on 1 device.
  • Pro - For individual use, including commercial use, on up to 3 devices.
  • Team - Per-seat license for teams, unlimited devices per seat.

License Restrictions

You may not:

  • Share, sell, sublicense, or transfer your license key to others
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use the Software to develop a competing product
  • Use the Software in any way that violates applicable laws

Device Limits

Each license tier includes a specific number of device activations. If you exceed your device limit, you may deactivate a device to free up an activation slot, or purchase additional licenses.

Updates and Upgrades

  • Minor updates (e.g., 1.1 to 1.2) are included free with your license.
  • Major upgrades (e.g., 1.x to 2.0) are offered at a discounted rate (typically 50% off) to existing customers.

We may discontinue support for older versions at our discretion, but your license to use the version you purchased remains valid.

Payment and Refunds

  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments are processed securely through LemonSqueezy.
  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact support@sutido.app for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • Refund requests after 30 days are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Trial Period

The 14-day trial provides full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial expires, you must purchase a license to continue using the Software.

Intellectual Property

The Software, including all code, graphics, user interface, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your license does not grant you any ownership rights.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. You use the Software at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your data.

Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Software ends immediately
  • You must uninstall all copies of the Software
  • We may revoke your license key

You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the Software. No refund is provided for early termination unless within the 30-day refund period.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where we are incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Software. Your continued use of the Software after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Software and supersede any prior agreements.
